The Celebration of World Diabetes Day
- Title: World Diabetes Day Celebration & Blue Lighting Ceremony in Korea
- Date: November 14, 2023
- Location : Cheongwadae(Blue House, the presidential workplace and residence but open to the public in 2022)
- Objective: To raise public awareness of diabetes and emphasize importance of managing diabetes based on harmony with participants from various fields, including the medical society, patients and families.

- MOHW & KDA award for healthcare professionals dedicated to treating diabetes, excellent lifelong diabetes management (awarded 18 physicians, nurses, and diabetic patients who have managed their disease in exemplarily)
